Description: The recorder is one of the oldest instruments of humankind. It is easy to learn and yet suitable for serious music making, as soloist or with a group and other instruments. In this course you’ll learn the technique of producing a nice sound and the fingering, as well as learning to read music notes and musical terms. The object is to enable you to play with skill and for enjoyment any song and ensemble music within the range of the instrument (Soprano and Tenor, or Alto and Sopranino). The cost for a recorder is low, and it is small enough to take the instrument with you wherever you go.
