Feel good, take care...
B 1 - Thriving in the Third Stage of Life
In this six week program we will review what Psychologists have discovered about healthy aging and compare our own personal experiences with their insights. This is a very participatory program involving short lectures and plenty of discussion. The goal will be to have new insights and plans that will increase the likelihood of tranquility, wisdom and joy.
